booking Policy
1. DEPOSIT - We require a 30% deposit upon booking to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning; the replacement/repair cost will be charged to your security deposit on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
2. CHECK-IN is 3:00 pm local time. Early check in is an additional $50 fee. Early check in is subject to availability.
3. CHECK-OUT is 11:00 am local time. Late check out, until 1:00 pm local time, is an additional $50.00. Late check out, until 4:00 pm local time, is an additional $100.00. Late check out is subject to availability. (Unavailable during July & August.)
4. ROOM KEYS are provided upon check in. Lost keys may incur a charge of $100.
5. NO SMOKING. This is a non-smoking property. This includes all indoor/outdoor public spaces, residences and private balconies. Smoking on the premises will incur a $250 fine per incident. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
6. APPLIANCES should only be used for their intended purpose.
7. HOUSEKEEPING is required for every suite upon check-out. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. Please inform management if you would like your room serviced daily. Housekeepers will not enter rooms with dogs. Housekeepers will not service rooms unless asked.
8. DOGS 40 pounds and under are welcome with an additional $75 fee per dog. No dogs over 40 pounds are permitted. Please be considerate of other guests and be a responsible pet parent while on property – leashes or carriers are required; Guest must pick up after their pets; no barking, chewing or scratching; and pets should not be left unattended. No cats allowed.
9. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE & RESPECTFUL at all times while on the property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
10. Guests must be 25 years or older with valid ID to make a reservation.
11. AMENITIES - By using any of the amenities provided on our property, including but not limited to the public decks, bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and surf boards, guests acknowledge and agree that the hotel is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being while utilizing these amenities and agree to use them at their own risk.
12. PARKING - Every room receives 1 parking space for the length of their stay. Parking is available upon check in and vehicle must be removed upon check out.
13. EXTRA BEDS are available upon request with an additional fee of $50.00 per extra adult. Extra beds are subject to availability.
14. CANCELLATIONS can be made via phone, (732)731-9369, or email, info@casadelmarnj.com. The 30% deposit is refunded in full if canceled 14 days prior to check in date. Any cancellation on the 14th day or later will result in charge of 1st night per room. No show: Results in first night charged in full for each room. Full first night charge is the remaining difference between deposit and cost of 1st night per room. No refunds will be given after check-in.
15. PROMO CODES - Promo codes can only be applied to direct bookings. Cannot be combined with any other offer or retroactively applied to existing reservations.
16. DAMAGE/EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE - We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning; the replacement/repair cost will be charged to your security deposit on file. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
